About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Store Director to lead our Flagship Store in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business excellence, leading and inspiring a high-performing team, and overseeing flawless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Luxury Elevation & Retail Excellence
    • Develop and implement strategies to elevate the luxury customer experience and achieve outstanding business results.
    • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
    • Oversee flawless store operations, collaborating closely with HQ.
  • VIP Client Management
    • Ensure customer service exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
    • Cultivate loyalty among our VIP clients using advanced CRM tools.
    • Strengthen relationships with VIP clients and manage PR engagements.
  • Business Development & Performance
    • Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategic improvements.
    • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with merchandising for optimal stock levels and visual standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Foster a supportive work environment through goal setting, performance feedback, and team-building activities.
    • Attract, recruit, and develop the best talent in the industry.
  • Client Care Excellence
    • Manage client care services, optimizing processes for repairs, warranties, and exchanges.
    • Maintain high standards to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure smooth daily operations and effective cost control.
    • Complete necessary paperwork and reporting accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record in managing a high-traffic store as a Store Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: effective communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
  • Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.
  • Higher Education Degree or University degree in a related field.
  • Additional skills: excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
