**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Lead and Inspire**: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
  • **Operational Mastery**: Oversee flawless store operations, collaborating closely with HQ.
  • **VIP Client Management**: Ensure exceptional service exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
  • **Cultivate Loyalty**: Develop and maintain a loyal customer base using advanced CRM tools.
  • **Brand Ambassador**: Strengthen relationships with VIP clients and manage PR engagements.
  • **Business Development & Performance**: Maximize sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategic improvements.
  • **Team Leadership**: Foster a supportive work environment through goal setting, performance feedback, and team-building activities.
  • **Client Care Excellence**: Manage client care services, optimizing processes for repairs, warranties, and exchanges.
  • **Operational Excellence**: Ensure smooth daily operations and effective cost control.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 10 years' experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in managing a high-traffic store as a Store Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: effective communication both verbally and in writing.
