As a Project Executive at Primark, you will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of new store, refurbishment, and business initiative projects. You will work closely with the Store Development team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high degree of quality and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and direct project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and reporting variances to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Director of Construction, Head of Function, and other stakeholders to develop accurate feasibility plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A chartered construction industry professional (RICS, CIOB, RIBA etc.) with minimum 5 years experience in construction, refurbishment, programme, and project management
  • Good working knowledge of legal and contractual documents and mechanisms supporting construction and development project management
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and initiatives
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely to colleagues at all levels
  • Fluency in English
