Lead Store Performance

As a Store Manager at Calvin Klein, you will be responsible for driving store sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies and actions to maximize sell-out.

Develop and Manage Store Teams

You will motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

Monitor and Analyze Performance

You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance by running regular reports and updating the District Manager on action plans to achieve store targets.

Recruit and Train Talent

Assist with team trainings, share product knowledge, and recruit high-calibre team members who share our passion for fashion and denim.
