Job Title: Data Science Manager - Generative AI Video Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to lead our Generative AI Video Services team. As a key member of our data science organization, you will be responsible for building and deploying disruptive Generative AI video services at scale across all OLX platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the data science aspects in the Video Pack, building models, testing, and deploying them to production.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, translating business requirements into achievable projects and collaborating with other teams to get things done in an elegant and timely manner.
  • Work with Product Analytics to track KPIs of different ML use cases and measure the impact for our customers.
  • Partner with the Experimentation team to integrate KPIs and their proxies to the Experimentation platform.
  • Work in multi-functional teams, in a diverse, multinational environment, filled with people from various backgrounds.
Requirements:
  • Located in Spain.
  • Very strong analytical skills, solid background in statistics and modeling.
  • Good knowledge of Python, experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, etc.).
  • Very good knowledge of NLP and Deep Learning (Embeddings, Language Models, Transformers, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Good understanding of engineering best practices, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, containers.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Experience with MLOps.
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Able to work in diverse, multi-functional teams with people from different backgrounds.
