About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to join our team at Preply. As a key member of our data science organization, you will be responsible for developing analysis, frameworks, and tools that enable Preply to efficiently scale our marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize paid marketing campaigns
  • Design and evaluate experiments to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business decisions
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and marketing analytics
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in data science and analytics, with a focus on performance marketing optimization
  • Strong programming skills in SQL and Python
  • Experience with experimentation platforms and tracking definition
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
