Data Science Manager | GenAI

At OLX, we're building a team to establish Generative AI video services for all our customer units. As a Data Science Manager, you'll lead the Data Science aspects in the Video Pack, building models, deploying them to production, and measuring their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data Science aspects in the Video Pack
  • Build models, deploy them to production, and measure their impact
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, translating their requirements into achievable projects
  • Collaborate with other teams to get things done in an elegant and timely manner
  • Work with Product Analytics to track KPIs and measure the impact for our customers
  • Partner with the Experimentation team to integrate KPIs and their proxies to the Experimentation platform

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and solid background in statistics and modeling
  • Good knowledge of Python, including Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Pandas
  • At least 4 years of experience with Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Good knowledge of NLP and Deep Learning, including Embeddings, Language Models, and Transformers
  • Good understanding of engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and containers
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and MLOps
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
