Job Title: Client Content Creator

About the Role:
ReviewPro is looking for a talented Client Content Creator to join our team. As a Client Content Creator, you will work closely with our Account Management and Customer Success teams to provide first-class technical support and create high-quality content for our online Learning & Support center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers on usage and best practices with their integrations towards our API
- Write technical documentation on API, integrations, and new features of the ReviewPro-tool for end-users
- Assist the Director of Technical Integrations with integrations, like creating onboarding-processes, documentation and follow-up

Requirements:
- Basic skills in HTML/CSS (but no programming skills needed)
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- High level of organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Innovative problem-solving methods to help customers grow their business
- Excellent writing skills and ability to document processes or features for customers
- Proactivity and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with other languages beneficial
