We're seeking a skilled German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Riga, Latvia. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

In this role, you'll provide world-class support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly. Your near-native German proficiency and excellent communication skills will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat, using your excellent language skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Log and resolve cases accurately in client systems, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rates, and quality standards, to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Near-native German proficiency (C1 or above) and good English skills (B1+).
  • Previous experience in customer service or an outsourced environment is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills with advanced computer literacy.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and self-motivation.
