We are seeking a charismatic and entrepreneurial Sales Engineer for Refrigeration and Industrial Heat Pump applications in the Energy Division (Spain & Portugal). Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the Industrial Heat Pumps application to create new opportunities in the emerging market and establish our position as a leader.
  • Releasing the power of established installer relationships and leveraging the customer database of our other Divisions to effectively educate end customers about the compelling benefits of Industrial Heat Pumps.
  • Expanding and protecting the Refrigeration application.
  • Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships to expand market reach and open doors to new opportunities.
  • Pursuing and managing leads from diverse sources, transforming them into concrete business opportunities.
  • Actively engaging with the market, conducting face-to-face interactions and meetings with clients.

To succeed in this role, you should be a captivating communicator with boundless energy, passion, drive, and a collaborative spirit. A strong commercial orientation with experience in technical sales, proficiency in Spanish and English, and residence in the Madrid area are essential requirements. The position is based in our offices in Alcobendas, and high availability to travel in Spain & Portugal is required.
