We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Reach Capital. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze potential partners to identify opportunities that align with our business goals and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.
