About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Reach Capital. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships that align with our company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new partnerships that enhance our market presence and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, facilitating communication and negotiation.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.
