Global Sales Operations Director

As a key member of the ARIS management team, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our company's strategic objectives with the Sales function. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leadership across all levels of the organization and report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and provide sales reporting to the General Manager.
- Oversee and deliver the top-line submission forecast during the monthly financial reporting.
- Own the CRM tools from a business perspective.
- Coordinate and own the account planning for the individual contributors.
- Responsible for the Partner Operations Team giving support to the A&C global teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience in the SaaS software industry is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work in international environments, collaborating with multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated expertise in project management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce in a hands-on capacity.
- Skilled in data analysis and the ability to generate actionable insights, particularly using Excel and PowerBI.
