Third Parties Relationship Manager

ADP Iberia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Third Parties Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and coordination with third parties, as well as overseeing legal changes that impact the company's operations.
This role requires a high level of communication, organization, and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. The Third Parties Relationship Manager will serve as the main point of contact for third parties and vendors, overseeing the selection, negotiation, and contracting process.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, change management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
- Third parties Coordination and Management: Serve as the main point of contact for third parties and vendors. Oversee the selection, negotiation, and contracting process with third parties, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Legal Compliance and Operational Changes: Monitor and analyze changes in legislation and regulations that could impact the company's operations. Lead the process of documenting and communicating any legal changes to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with different departments, including legal, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of legal requirements into business processes.
In addition to strong technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
