This role plays a pivotal part in generating pipeline by connecting with prospects supplied by marketing teams on a one-to-one basis and through various communication channels. You'll also work closely with field sales to break open key target whitespace accounts, crucial for the company's growth.
The most successful Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) seek out opportunities by building rapport with prospects, understanding their environment, educating them on our solution, and facilitating closing deals. We're looking for someone who can identify and nurture potential new business opportunities, grow the pipeline through inbound and outbound initiatives, and schedule first-call meetings with prospects for field sales reps.
Your Role
- Identify and nurture potential new business opportunities for sales, aiming to grow the pipeline through various initiatives and schedule first-call meetings with prospects for field sales reps.
- Follow up on all leads generated through marketing campaigns to ensure timely response to potential customers and provide ongoing feedback to marketing to improve targeting and lead quality.
- Maintain a high level of daily activity through calls, connections, emails, and utilize various prospecting tools to uncover relevant prospects to target.
- Work cross-functionally with field sales, channel, and marketing teams to deliver meetings and qualified opportunities and build new target account lists for sales-led campaigns.
