About the Role:

South Pole is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our consultancy business in your region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base in your region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Sustainability and/or Business related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven business development and sales experience in the sustainability field.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers behind corporate climate actions and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
