Business Development Manager for Sustainability Solutions

About the Role:
South Pole is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our consultancy business in your region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base in your region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- University degree in Sustainability and/or Business related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven business development and sales experience in the sustainability field.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business drivers behind corporate climate actions and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
