**Who You'll Become:**
A successful Solution Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through their digital transformation journey. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to identify business challenges and provide tailored solutions using SAP technology. As part of our customer-facing team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.
**Responsibilities:**
* Successfully complete a 10-month program designed to equip you with the skills needed for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
* Participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues from around the world, gaining expertise in emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of experienced Solution Advisors, working directly with customers to gain real-world experience and develop your skills.
* Lead customer discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation.
* Create and deliver engaging software demonstrations that showcase SAP's value proposition and drive customer success.
* Support demand generation efforts through marketing events and deal execution support by responding to requests for proposals.
**Solution Areas Focus:**
* SAP Business and Technology Platform (BTP): Knowledge in database management, analytics, application development, and intelligent technologies.
* SAP S/4 HANA Finance: Knowledge in corporate finance and accounting, reporting, and financial analytics.
* SAP Digital Supply Chain: Knowledge in supply chain management, asset management, manufacturing, warehouse management, or transportation management.
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary range: €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
