Buscamos un Brand Manager para unirte a nuestro equipo en Yaba. Como Brand Manager, serás responsable de la estrategia de marca tanto de Yaba como de sus marcas asociadas del sector de nutrición saludable.

Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar y articular las estrategias de marca para contribuir al crecimiento de las marcas y su diferenciación.
  • Comunicar de forma efectiva la misión, visión y valores de las marcas de YABA.
  • Identificar los territorios de marca y diferenciarlas entre sus competidores.
  • Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para identificar oportunidades estratégicas.
  • Crear estrategias innovadoras que destaquen los beneficios únicos de cada marca en diferentes canales y de sus productos.
  • Supervisar la consistencia de los elementos visuales y verbales de cada marca.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia sólida en branding, preferiblemente en un entorno startup dinámico.
  • Habilidades en gestión de campañas de marketing (conocimiento de RRSS), marketing de influencers, creatividad y pensamiento innovador.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la construcción de marcas desde 0, lanzamiento de productos exitosos y organización de eventos impactantes.
  • Enfoque basado en datos para optimizar las iniciativas de marketing.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español, C1 mínimo en ambos idiomas; cualquier otro idioma es un plus.
