Job Summary:

Red Hat's Technical Sales team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical expert to accelerate customer adoption and optimize outcomes for Red Hat products and technologies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to integrate Red Hat solutions into their enterprise IT environments, ensuring seamless migration of application workloads and collaboration across functions to overcome technical and organizational barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and document technical engagements to advance customer adoption and growth in consumption of Red Hat products.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of customer environments and applications to ensure they align with Red Hat product best practices.
  • Identify and aggregate technical adoption blockers across multiple customers and solutions, providing actionable insights to drive sales play development.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing expertise and best practices with product leaders to remove technical barriers to adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with Red Hat's ecosystem and technology advancements, driving innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver consultative customer-facing engagements.
  • Experience with DevOps/Automation tools such as Ansible, CI Tools, Git, and Python (or similar technologies).
  • Significant technical expertise in at least one major IT domain, including Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Linux-based workloads, and more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in defining and gathering goals, requirements, and outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers, partners, and industry events.
