Job Summary:

Red Hat is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales expert to accelerate customer adoption of our products and technologies. As a key member of our Technical Sales team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on integrating Red Hat solutions into their enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical engagements and document customer success plans to drive adoption and growth of Red Hat products.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of customer environments and applications to ensure they are well-architected and aligned with Red Hat best practices.
  • Identify and aggregate technical adoption blockers across multiple customers and develop sales play resources to address these challenges.
  • Collaborate with product leaders to remove technical barriers to adoption and share insights and best practices with the broader Red Hat community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Red Hat ecosystem and technology changes to provide expert guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading consultative customer-facing engagements and delivering technical solutions.
  • Intimate knowledge of DevOps and automation tools such as Ansible, CI Tools, Git, and Python.
  • Significant technical experience in at least one major IT domain, such as infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to customers clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills with experience in defining and gathering goals, requirements, and defining outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers and partners across the region.
