European Patient Monitoring Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Monitoring Modality Leader to join our team at Mindray India. As a key member of our European operations, you will be responsible for driving the strategy for Patient Monitoring solutions across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Product Expertise: Act as the expert for all Patient Monitoring solutions, providing product support and responding to customers' clinical/technical questions.
- Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitive products in the business area.
- Sales Support: Differentiate Mindray product offerings by conveying compelling value propositions, and presenting solutions proposals.
- Business Development: Develop business and launch plans for new products and drive implementation and execution in the regions.
- Marketing Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and participate in the implementation of marketing activities of designated projects to ensure that goals are accomplished within prescribed timeframes.
- Customer Feedback: Provide regular customer and regional feedback to upstream teams and contribute to R&D.
- Sales Enablement: Support local sales teams and dealer networks in executing the strategy and identifying new opportunities.
- Training and Development: Provide training to all account team members on strategy and product offerings.
- Pricing Strategy: Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
- Project Management: Estimate dates of delivery to customers based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules, and work with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless installation.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at trade event meetings and congresses to promote products and company.
- Sales Support: Support regional sales teams on sales opportunities and assist in driving sales to closure.
- Industry Experience: Comprehensive experience of sales and marketing in the healthcare industry, specifically in the Patient Monitoring market.
- Clinical and Product Expertise: Proven clinical and product expertise in Patient Monitoring solutions.
- Sales Support and Training: Professional experience in sales support and training.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: High-level presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and team-oriented attitude.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Work Authorization: Ability to work in the country without the requirement for company sponsorship.
