**Job Title:** Modality Sales Specialist - Hospital Patient Monitoring

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Philips Iberica Sau. As a Sales Specialist for Hospital Patient Monitoring Solutions, you will play a critical role in building and managing business relationships with key customers in the hospital patient monitoring market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the hospital patient monitoring market.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Utilize Philips business tools and expertise to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the healthcare industry, with a focus on hospital patient monitoring.
  • Advanced knowledge of clinical units, including Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical PCMS products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
