As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and creating growth opportunities in the Healthcare IT (Enterprise Informatics) market in Iberia, with a focus on Spain.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations and product/solutions demonstrations to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory of Spain and develop relationships with key customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
- Formulate solutions for customers by combining knowledge of Philips Solutions, expertise on hospital/clinic workflows, and customer needs to build winning proposals.
- Inform and recommend customers on the latest technological innovations developed by Philips, including possible upgrades of the installed base, and attend to customer complaints and inquiries to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Collate customer insights for new product introductions, competitive and market feedback, and participate in congresses, events, team meetings in Spain and occasionally internationally.
- Provide accurate and transparent funnel management as part of daily activity using Philips Systems and provide accurate and transparent forecast and explanations when required.
- Be the knowledge expert on products/solutions, supporting Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing technical IT and workflow expertise on Enterprise Informatics Solutions across accounts.
- Support Account Managers and District Managers in achieving business goals by providing the best solution configuration according to customer needs and following business policy, pricing strategy, etc. according to established guidelines.
- Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations, including suggestions for expanding product offerings.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in healthcare IT sales/business development, with a successful sales track record in software and services sales or within healthcare.
- Previous healthcare experience within radiology workflow, cardiology, or hospital IT department is highly valued.
- Good communication skills at different levels of customer organization or roles.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, being perceived as a trusted consultant on healthcare IT.
- University degree.
