About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join Philips Iberica Sau as a Modality Sales Specialist for Coronary North Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a limited number of key accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, services, and supply chain, to create optimal offers for customers.
- Establish and achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
- Develop and implement account plans to improve the performance of Philips in the region.
- Drive the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve goals.
- Analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to propose improvements.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements:
- Degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector.
- Great team player, proactive, customer-focused, and engaged in patient safety.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- English and Spanish language skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
