Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Philips Iberica. As a Sales Specialist for Hospital Monitoring Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and building business relationships with key customers in the hospital monitoring market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the hospital monitoring market.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging Philips' business tools and expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
