About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to join our team at Itnig Venture Builder. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports our business objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Develop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Create and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforce.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head of Human Resources, Chief People Officer, or similar senior HR leadership role in a fast-growing company.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and people operations.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals.
