Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the department and contributing to the achievement of our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and delivery of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support the management of total compensation, colleague relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in the resolution of Human Resources issues and provide support to management and the leadership team.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of colleague data, including interview documents and personnel files.
- Support the processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
