Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the team and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining applicant flow logs.
  • Support the maintenance of colleague records and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process and maintain payroll records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Management team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Participate in project teams and contribute to the development of HR processes and programs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
