**Job Summary**
Marriott International is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant flow, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support the management team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues, including colleague relations and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including new hire and personnel files, and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
- Assist with the orientation of new colleagues and provide training on Human Resources processes and policies.
- Monitor and maintain filing systems, generate reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
