Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Human Capital to join our team at North Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent management strategy and implementing initiatives that support our business objectives.
About the Role
The Head of Human Capital will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with our company's cultural values and business goals. This includes:
- Developing and executing talent acquisition plans to attract top talent
- Designing and delivering learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Implementing performance management processes to drive business results
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives
- Championing a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous learning within the organization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A proven track record in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Strong understanding of organizational development, recruitment, and development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and work collaboratively across functions and departments
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
