Human Resources Coordinator

Your MissionAs a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in driving organizational success while contributing to the development of an inclusive and winning culture. You'll report directly to the Head of People and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with the North American People Team to execute HR operational processes and administrative tasks.
- Act as the go-to person for employees, providing guidance on general policies and offering appropriate resources and feedback.
- Create research reports on various topics, including market research, local laws, benefits, and other project-related tasks.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee rosters and data collection information.
- Support the People team with presentations and documentation prep.
