Human Resources Coordinator

Duetto is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Accurately enter and report data using HR systems such as HiBob, Excel, Vanta, ADP, and Confluence.
- Process Coordination: Efficiently coordinate high-volume lifecycle operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job status changes, and more.
- Data Integrity: Conduct routine data audits between HR systems to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
- HR Projects: Assist with HR-related projects in areas such as administration, compliance, operations, and employee experience.
- Event Planning: Help execute in-person holiday parties and other company events.
- Financial Review: Review invoices for accuracy and experience with NAVAN/EXPENSIFY or similar platforms.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of HR-related coordination experience.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards action, able to thrive in solving tough challenges.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, as well as PowerPoint/slide deck building skills.
- Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly.
- Education: BA/BS degree required.
