We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Technician to join our team at XTA. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, training, and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the definition of job requirements, search and pre-selection of candidates, and coordination of interviews.
- HR Administration: Execute training plans, develop and implement the company's equality plan, and support the development of internal policies and procedures related to human resources.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights for business growth.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the smooth transition of new employees into the company and ensure a seamless exit process for departing employees.
- General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and other duties as required.
- Education: Degree in Labor Relations or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, with adequate English skills for the position.
- Technical Skills: Advanced level of Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Full-time Contract: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with an hour for lunch.
- Private Medical Insurance: Provided by the company, starting from one year of service.
