What We're Looking For

We seek a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize our marketing processes. As a key member of the Revenue operations team, you will streamline systems, analyze campaign performance, and support revenue growth. Your technical expertise and insights will drive data-driven decisions.

The Challenge Ahead

You will be responsible for:

  • Campaign Success: Managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to enhance campaign performance and generate a strong inbound pipeline.
  • Unlock Insights: Analyzing marketing data to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition funnels, sharing actionable recommendations with the team.
  • Data Quality: Maintaining data integrity, quality, and segmentation of our inbound and self-serve leads to support targeted marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Optimization skills: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data segmentation, and campaign performance improvements.

Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
