We're seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team in Spain. As a strategic marketing professional, you'll be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing programs that drive business growth. You'll have a strong impact on all marketing operations and partner with the Head of Marketing Spain, marketing teams, and Sales to support revenue, create pipeline, and generate brand awareness through content editorial strategy, partnerships, campaigns, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and programs aligned with market objectives.
  • Partner with marketing teams and Sales to ensure alignment and consistency within all marketing activities.
  • Manage and execute communications for PayFit Spain customers, including monthly newsletters, upselling campaigns, and go-to-markets.
  • Analyze results, metrics, and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities.
  • Oversee market opportunities by competitor and industry benchmarking.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in high technology companies or SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans and programs according to market objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in accelerating growth and driving revenue through marketing activations.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and provide concrete next steps.
  • Strong collaboration and prioritization skills.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum depending on experience.
