About the Role:
Cognizant is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team in Barcelona. As a key member of the Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for providing AdWords technical support to agents, assessing cases received, and communicating approaches to agents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide AdWords technical support to agents whenever needed
- Assess cases received and communicate approach to agents
- Work as first point of contact for Account Managers when they raise requests
- Support various teams in enhancing overall operation
- Support on any Ad Hoc task or special projects from different stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in complex product-specific supporting roles
- Excellent digital advertising product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Coaching and Feedback skills
- AdWords certified
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Capacity to work independently with self-discipline/motivation to plan own workload, and an ability to adjust to plans and priorities as required
- Team-oriented, and ability to work with cross-functional teams
