Role Overview
SAP, a market leader in digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Consultant to join its team in Barcelona. As an early talent with 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, you will play a strategic role in identifying and executing on growth opportunities related to our partner ecosystem.
About the Job
You will hunt for new clients and increase SAP's footprint by building new relationships with existing customers through traditional and digital means. You will also consult with customers on SAP products to help improve their processes, reduce costs, and increase revenue. In addition, you will influence customers' Line of Business (LOB) and C-level executives to support business development capabilities and organization.
What You'll Do
As an Enterprise Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Hunting for new clients and increasing SAP's footprint
- Consulting customers on SAP products to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase revenue
- Influencing customers' LOB and C-level executives to support business development capabilities and organization
- Working effectively in a team environment to generate high-impact results
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates with:
- 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales
- Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning
- Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation
- Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Dutch speaker (mandatory) and conversational fluency in English (mandatory)
