Global Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Executive to join our team at BlueNovius. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the SaaS and pharma industries.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as expand existing relationships with key clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with product champions, C-Level and VP-Level Executives to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Manage complex sales situations, sales campaigns, and navigate corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts.
- Lead Qualification and Management: Effectively qualify leads, identify prospect needs, and engage technical resources as required to drive sales forward.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities and challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
- 3+ years of Account Executive experience in Technology or Pharma.
- Direct SaaS / EdTech / Cloud selling experience.
- Inbound sales experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Excellence in presentation skills with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
- Strong collaboration and relational skills.
- A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork.
- Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
- BA / BS or equivalent experience.
