About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Executive to join our team at BlueNovius. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the SaaS and pharma industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as expand existing relationships with key clients.
  2. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with product champions, C-Level and VP-Level Executives to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Account Management: Manage complex sales situations, sales campaigns, and navigate corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple stakeholders.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  5. Lead Qualification and Management: Effectively qualify leads, identify prospect needs, and engage technical resources as required to drive sales forward.
  6. CRM Management: Utilize CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities and challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of Account Executive experience in Technology or Pharma.
  2. Direct SaaS / EdTech / Cloud selling experience.
  3. Inbound sales experience.
  4. Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  5. Excellence in presentation skills with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
  6. Strong collaboration and relational skills.
  7. A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork.
  8. Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
  9. Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
  10. BA / BS or equivalent experience.
