About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Breeder to join our team at Enza Zaden. As a Junior Breeder, you will play a crucial role in developing knowledge and skills to become a successful Breeder in a specific crop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement breeding plans to achieve set targets
  • Conduct plant and line selections to advance breeding projects
  • Maintain detailed records throughout breeding cycles
  • Collaborate with Senior Breeders to advance material to R2 and plan trial productions
  • Implement developed technology and traits in the breeding program
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field
  • Proficient in English and local language, both written and verbal
  • No experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills
