Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Breeding Plans

Translate breeding targets into operational breeding plans, ensuring the successful development of new crop varieties.

Conduct Plant and Line Selections

Make informed decisions on plant and line selections at critical moments in the breeding cycle, driving the development of high-quality crop varieties.

Maintain Detailed Records

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained throughout the breeding cycles, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Advance Material to R2 and Plan Trial Productions

Make decisions to advance material to R2 and plan trial productions, ensuring the efficient progression of breeding projects.

Handover R3 Material to Seed Production

Coordinate the handover of R3 material to Seed Production, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to defined specifications.

Implement Developed Technology and Traits

Implement developed technology and traits in the breeding program, driving innovation and improvement in crop varieties.
