About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breeding Team Lead to join our team in EMEA South. As a key member of our Integrated Breeding Team, you will be responsible for leading the cucumber, melon, and watermelon breeding programs in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement breeding strategies to improve crop yields and quality
  • Lead a team of breeding experts to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and adoption of new technologies
  • Monitor and report on program progress and results
  • Identify and prioritize research and development opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements
  • PhD in Plant Breeding, Genetics, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in breeding and leadership roles
  • Proven track record of success in leading breeding programs and teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
