About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crop Coordinator to join our team at Rijk Zwaan Ibérica, SA. As a key member of our Strategic Crop Team, you will play a crucial role in the commercial introduction and trial plan for pepper and eggplant markets in the Mediterranean areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and commercial strategy.
  • Crop Management: Collaborate with crop specialists to obtain market and product information, and provide insights to inform breeding policies and commercial strategies.
  • Client Management: Lead client relationships and manage reference accounts for pepper and eggplant in the Mediterranean areas.
  • Project Management: Lead special local projects that deliver value through the whole value chain, and serve as a link between the crop and local organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, horticulture, and product management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset, market-oriented, and fluent in English (other foreign languages an advantage).
