Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist will identify customers' needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales and troubleshooting issues related to billing inquiries and transactions. They will also assist customers to place orders and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in German
- Excellent communication skills
