Sales Development Representative

Job Description:
EcoVadis is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fueling revenue growth for EcoVadis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives in Target Accounts
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Evangelize the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companies
- Leverage your teammates to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
- Maintain an activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
- Meet or exceed your quota
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
- Report results on a weekly basis, both qualitative and quantitative
- Quarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to all key stakeholders
- Record and document all calls and communications to identify trends for improvement
- Leverage social networks for sales opportunities and leads
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality
- Desire to learn new skills and build a career in sales and sustainability
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- German native speaker
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing
- Experience working in Sustainability, CSR or B2B Procurement would be a plus
- Cold-calling experience
- Business proficiency in German and English
- Knowledge of the DACH corporate business culture
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
- Good time management with strong organizational skills
- Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Ability to work well in an international team environment in a fast-growing business
Location: Barcelona - Hybrid (4 days a month from the office)
