About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Southern Europe account, covering 5 markets, including Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and deliver results for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Lead projects from global handover to regional localization and delivery, ensuring direction, control, and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Oversee digital and print campaigns, managing multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective plans.
