Haleon is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights & Analytics Expert to join our team in Spain & Portugal. As a key business partner, you will be responsible for leveraging the power of combined Insight and Analytics data to accelerate business performance through identified consumer, shopper, and expert-led opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Insights & Analytics Learning Plan: Create and deliver an annual Insights & Analytics learning plan to drive in-market strategy and activation.
- Conduct Market Research Studies: Conduct market research studies compliantly with Haleon standards to inform business decisions.
- Agency Management: Manage agencies to ensure effective delivery of insights and analytics services.
- Lead Marketing Mix Modelling Projects: Lead Marketing Mix Modelling projects in coordination with CBIA functional champions to drive business growth.
- Identify Future Growth Opportunities: Identify future growth opportunities through landscape and trend analysis.
- Partner in Annual Brand Plan Work: Partner with commercial teams to ensure local context and insights are properly captured throughout the annual brand plan work.
- Craft Cross-Categories Analysis: Craft cross-categories / company-level / portfolio analysis to provide insights on competitor strategies.
- Feed Shopper-Centric Category Excellence Approaches: Feed shopper-centric category excellence approaches across mass market and pharmacy channel.
- Partner with Lead Insight Agencies: Partner with lead insight agencies to leverage best-in-class research tools and techniques, as well as with data vendors to identify opportunities for joint business planning.
- Foster Commercial Teams: Foster commercial teams to maximize utilization of existing sources, championing whole-brain thinking.
- Unlock Insights from Market Research: The ideal candidate knows how to unlock the potential of insights from market research and market data.
- Business Partner Experience: Business partner experience in similar roles, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods / Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare at manufacturer, agency, or consultancy.
- Education: Bachelor's in Marketing Management / Business Management / Management Economics. A master's in social sciences or statistics is a plus.
- Core Skills: Technical expertise across analytics (sellout database metrics, econometrics) and market research (qual/quant). Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and formulate powerful recommendations for business.
- Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and passion to work across boundaries. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Excellent Spanish proficiency. Very good English proficiency.
- Knowledge of the Spanish Consumer: Very good knowledge of the Spanish Consumer. Project management. Agency management. Precision in handling budget reporting.
