About the Role

Haleon is seeking a seasoned Quality professional to lead our Quality function in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. As a Strategic Quality Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality performance, compliance, and excellence across our portfolio of products in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy for the region, aligned with Haleon's global quality objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing Quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to drive quality insights and winning strategies.
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines, including inspection readiness and robust quality governance.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks in the supply chain, enabling business continuity plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with a strong background in pharmaceutical life sciences or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of driving quality performance, compliance, and excellence in fast-moving consumer healthcare companies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GxP processes and regulations.
  • Ability to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
