About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to join our team at GMV. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning for our Ground Segment Software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Technical Director in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.
  • Lead and manage the development of Ground Segment Software, ensuring the integration and functionality of various system components.
  • Lead proposals related to SATCOM domain.
  • Analyze project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and ensure successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in technical processes.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, implementing relevant updates to enhance system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • High level of English.
  • SATCOM technologies: DTP, BFN, OBP.
  • Network 5G, LEO constellations, routing algorithms.
  • Link budgets, basic electronic and RF knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and other modern software development frameworks and practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Basic level of French.
