Key Responsibilities- Business Insights and Analytics: Act as an insights, data, and analytical consultant across all departments, including CoE, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Decision Support, Data Management, Finance, Forecasting, and other partners.
- Strategic Planning: Support Commercial and Finance stakeholders in establishing and developing medium- to long-range strategic plans by identifying internal and external strategic issues and opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations to optimize revenues and profitability.
- Project Management: Engage with the business function to identify and prioritize projects where data can be beneficial, and define the detailed business question or problem.
- Brand Forecasts and Risk Management: Partner with Marketing and Finance teams to develop brand forecasts and identify risks and opportunities, challenging assumptions and ensuring common volume numbers are used in demand/supply planning and financial forecasting.
- Data Solutions and Initiatives: Drive end-to-end delivery of data solutions and initiatives by identifying the data that can be used, ensuring the output will be understood and usable by users, validating the data/insights results, developing recommendations based on insights, and driving ongoing adoption within the business.
- Advanced Degree: Hold an advanced degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Business Insights Experience: Have prior working experience in a business insights or analytics role, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess the ability to translate advanced analytic solutions into business contexts and vice versa, adding business value through data insights and analysis.
- Technical Skills: Have experience in reporting tools (Power BI) or other analytics tools, as well as commercial analysis (marketing research, sales/marketing analysis, forecasting, competitive intelligence).
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English.
