Product Manager Oncology

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager Oncology to join our team at 1725 GlaxoSmithKline S.A. as a key member of our cross-functional team. As a Product Manager Oncology, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the brand strategy with the cross-functional team aligned with Global strategy.
- Lead Cross Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional matrix partners towards a common goal, driving strategic resource allocation and tracking to achieve maximum business value.
- Drive Business Growth: Analyze complex business data and situations, develop a range of solutions, and drive business growth through promotion, access, and market research.
- Engage with Customers: Engage with customers on a regular basis via multiple channels to collect customer insights.
- Monitor Competitors: Monitor the activities of competing companies and products in the specialties market.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 or more years of specialty Oncohematology and/or therapeutic business experience including sales, marketing, or other commercial roles.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of hospital products and marketing strategy, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for a wide variety of audiences.
- Language: English (high level).
- MBA or Master Degree: MBA or Master degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Oncology: Experience in Oncology.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership role, especially with cross-functional teams.
- Product Launch Experience: Product launch experience.
- Knowledge of Healthcare System: Knowledge of the healthcare system, market environment, customer care, and competitors.
